This website is operated by Every Home Art and powered by Shopify. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this store.

Products and presentation

We make reasonable efforts to present artwork, colors, scale, dimensions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and production processes can cause minor differences. Frames and hanging hardware are not included unless a product page expressly says otherwise. The size selected for a pair or set applies to each individual print unless the product page states otherwise.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order when information is inaccurate, a product is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices, shipping, and import charges

Prices may change without notice. The amount shown at checkout controls the order. Shipping charges, taxes collected at checkout, and any customer-paid customs duties or import fees are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns, damaged orders, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any item back.

Artwork and site content

Artwork, images, text, branding, and other site content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder. Buying a print transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Every Home Art is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
