Order preparation and delivery estimates

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed. Estimated international transit time is 30–45 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to order preparation. These are provisional estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days when no shipping time is stated, we will contact you with the available delay, cancellation, and refund options.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Email us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

International orders, duties, and taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can also affect delivery timing.

Delays, loss, or damage

If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears lost, or the package arrives damaged, email vladimir.voskresenskiy.tur@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
